The products are mostly made from %100 lamb’s wool and our quality is registered with the ‘’ and its quality is certified by international standards. The embroideries of our knitwear products are completely handmade. The Owners of the Company had never compromised on their products quality and their motto is that ‘’Quality is Always the Fashion’’

You have 15 days from the shipping date to return your Desen.com purchase. Return costs are 47 USD and they will be deducted from your refund.

This product is knitted from completely natural yarns, produced with high quality and embroidered by hand. Like all precious things in life, it is delicate and with a little care it will retain its original appearance for a long time. Below you can find the necessary information about the correct maintenance of your product:
Pay attention to cleaning your knitwear as specified in the washing instructions.
Hand wash your knitwear only with sweater detergent. The washing systems of the washing machines can cause the knitwear to shrink irreversibly, so do not wash your knitwear in the washing machine.
Never put your knitwear in the dryer. When drying, lay dry without exposing it to direct sunlight. If you hang it while wet, it will be deformed.
Do not use bleach or bleach when washing your knitwear.
Iron on low when ironing. In order to prevent the parts with collar buttons, the patterned parts of the sleeves and hems from shining, iron them by placing a damp cloth on these parts.
While keeping your knitwear in your closet, take precautions against moths.
Store your knitwear by folding it, not hanging it.
Protect wool and cashmere-containing knitwear against friction with accessories such as bags and belts to prevent clumping.
Fabric, leather, alcantara combined products should not be washed, only dry cleaned.
